Most of his work is eclectic, although for a certain time he went through a Modernista period. He worked in Barcelona, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges, where two buildings displaying Modernista influence stand out: Casa Simó Llauradó (1908; Passeig de la Ribera, 20), with details reminiscent of J. Puig i Cadafalch and L. Domènech i Montaner, and Casa Manuel Planas i Carbonell (1908, Illa de Cuba, 21).
