Working regularly with the ceramicist A. Serra, with whom he had a personal relationship, his job in the workshop consisted in making the models for the china articles, both decorative objects and portraits.
He took part in several art exhibitions in Barcelona between 1896 and 1907. He made the models of the faces for the wall panel for G. Homar in Casa Lleó Morera (1905; Passeig de Gràcia, 35), by the architect L. Domènech i Montaner, and helped carve the furniture for the drawing room in the same building (1903-1907; MNAC collection) as well as making various items in stone and wood.
